Somebody who has Alt Disorder most likely will create lots of alts for websites. An example of a website would be Imgflip. It can be shortened to ATD if you will.

Person #1: I heard somebody has ATD.
Person #2: Oh no! I hope that somebody with Alt Disorder can stop their alt making sometime soon!
