A conglomerated pile of random leftovers that are microwaved in a bowl to form an easy yet elaborate meal. Usually includes cheese, bacon bits, and various spices added to taste.

"Dude, I'm getting the munchies hard."
"Go check the fridge. Should be some mashed potatoes, mac n' cheese, corn, and gravy you could throw into a bowl of stoner stew."

Toilet Stew

Tammy ate salad, then drank bourbon and coor's, and made some serious toilet stew the next morning.
