A spritzeer is a spritzer, consumed primarily by queers. Generally, said drink consists of a liquor, mixed with half club soda (for the weight conscious) and tonic (for a little bit of sweet). Straight people would never dare order such a drink.

"I'll have a Gin Spritzeer, please" - Expect to be served half tonic, half club, gin, a lime and a terrible scowl.
