Scenesters, are participants in a giant contest on the Internets to see who can sport the most ridiculous hair,listen to the most obscure, artfully tasteless music, and get away with not being called emo.
Scene and emo both share some common elements of fashion, hair, and homosexuality. Calling a scenester an emo will result in anger.
The main difference between emos and scenesters is scenesters are less depressed and whiny and a lot more retarded and obnoxious.
Unlike emos, who are stuck up because they are faking depression, scene kids are stuck up for the sake of... being stuck up.
One of the greatest enigmas of scene culture is that they hate being labeled "scene", even though they're trying to be scene, which is in fact a MIND FUCK.

Scene kids are a bunch of posers. they try to be every thing and get along with everyone but everyone really hates them. Scene kids dont cut themselfs but they should. Just so we dont have to deal with them anymore.

Scene is a girl or boy who acts and dresses in a way to look cute and childish. Usually has a myspace,facebook eg. And looks like this.

-Hair long or short messy and conntails with added color for fun
-Cute T-shirts that show child hood eg. Hello Kitty,Robots...
-Usernames is always a cute or hardcore name like XxDINO girl PAIGExX or XxGabby_ish so_HxCxX

- Skinny jeans or ballet tu tus
- Wears flats chucks and Uggs.
All of this is so scene.

Scenes usually have brown, white blonde, normal blonde hair is fine too, and black . They wear tu-tu's, & they aren't like emos, you could say. They wear colorful stuff, for example.

Blue tu tu, Pink nailpolish, Neon green shirt.

Some wear coontails, which are kinda like a raccoon design and a random color. Like..green.

Or they usually have 2+ hair colored extensions, sometimes real hair. Their hair is usually boob length, and their bangs are about to their eyes, sometimes you can't even see them.

Scene girls usually have another color on their underhairs. Likee, the hair under allll of yer otherr hair, lmfao

Like ferr example, if their is a white blonde, they USUALLY, not always, have black hair underneath .

Scene guys mostly have black hair, or brown hair mixed with blonde hair . & spiked up too . sometimes .

There are scene queens, which of course are the queens of all the scenes! They usually have REALLY poofy hair, in the back. Some might even havee pink hair !

They LOVE dinosaurs. They will wear dino shirtss. Carebear shirts, girly shirts mostly. Girls where either band shirts, er girly shirts. and skinny jeans .

& Guys wear sometimes robot shirts, and girl skinny jeans. Vans or converse is verryy popular for scenes.

They kinda use slanngg . & are pretty childish in a good way

From my experience, stereotypical scene kids you see on the internet look way different than they do in real life. I have a good scene girl friend (she says she isn't anymore, but her appearance says otherwise.) who looks competely different. They wear Japanese kid-show backpacks with bright jackets with metalcore band shirts. (WTF?) Others will wear baggy hoodies with super-skinny jeans and huge colorful, hightop DC/Nike shoes. Hair colors aren't specific, because they're always changing. They're always multicolored and bright though. You'll see them in the mall with big headphones around their necks. Music includes dubstep, crunkcore, screamo/metalcore and nu-metal. Hollywood Undead and BrokeNCYDE are favorites. They type with excessive faces like O.O and :3. They can actually be pretty cool, but the rest are weird and annoying. Alot of them aren't hot like they are on the internet. Scene boy fashions include tight jackets with tighter band shirts and skinny jeans. They go to local venues to hang out. If you want to see one, go there. If they think of you as cool they'll walk up and start talking to you (thank GOD this hasn't happened to me yet). If they do play small talk and walk away, they won't leave you alone.

At a venue: "Great show!" "I know!..hey, look at those scene kids texting in a circle on the floor."

According to 99.9% of definitions on here scene means you are self absorbed and don't know how to type. NOT TRUE.

A scene kid is usually someone who wears tight jeans (brightly colored sometimes) and fitted tee's. A lot of the time they have choppy layered hair with some other color in it but not always. To be scene you do NOT need to have black hair! That is just a stupid stereotypical belief. Scene kids usually have layered bangs that lay at an angle over one of their eyes. They wear their hair straight 99% of the time though. (Girls often wear their hair teased and have coontails). Most scene kids wear either slip on vans, osiris, or converse.

They usually listen to rave (such as Skrillex), and other music types like this. But not mainstream rap and hiphop. Many scene kids tend to use the words, "Epic", "That's hot", "rad", and other things such as that. Anyone who classifies them self as a scene kid is. This is a stereo typical scene kid definition but just about anyone can be a scene kid by doing there own thing an not caring what others have to say!

Scene kids are kind of like emo, they dress very similarly, but scene kids will always call themselves scene. They're almost punk, but aren't as nice as punk kids. Scence children tend to prefer choppy hairstyles in two colors (blonde highlights, etc). They love to write with x's (hardxcore, scenexcore, kthx). Scene kids are more often than not stuck up and try to prove to you just how hardxcore they are and how they are so much cooler than you. Everyone knows that this is not true. Scene is more of a girl term, as scene guys are simply referred to as emo. Scene kids love to take pictures of themselves and post it on their many websites just to prove how fxxxing gorgeous they are. They wear heavy eye makeup which you can hardly see because their hair covers most of their face. Unlike emo, the hair is more of a fashion statement than and actual hiding of the face. They love to listen to bands that no one has ever heard of, and rub it in your face that they do. They don't actually DO anything except stand around and try and look cool. The love to say gunsgobang and zomg. They try to rebel against society by being just like everyone else in their group. They never hang out with "normal" people.

Ashley is a scenexgirl, AKA total snob and slut, she dresses in bright colored kid t-shirts and needs a serious dye job. She says "kthx kiddies, rawr" way to much and needs an attitude adjustment. <3432542333
