A mashup of the words 'popular' and 'spectacular'. It's a word for when being one of the two isn't enough.

The all-star quarterback who also happens to be the president of the drama club would be considered poptacular.

Jim: What'd he do?
Tim: I don't know but now the girls won't stop talking about him.
