Most frequently done on YouTube Kids but can occur on other sites and even in official children's shows.

Mom left YouTube Kids on autoplay, causing everyone at the Christmas family reunion to get an eyeful of Rambley Raccoon tied up and getting spitroasted by Herobrine and Waluigi. I reported the video but the moderators refused to do anything about the fetish planting.
