Flop and Plop

A move used when a man goes to the bathroom in order to avoid washing his hands.

Using his hands to guide the elastic of his underwear, a man will flop his member over the elastic band and plop it down. Thus allowing for ease of urination without using his hands to touch his member.

Female: Ew! That guy didn't wash his hands!
