A person who is a low life. Someone who wears pajamas as a outfit or looks like he/she has grown up in a trailer behind the garbage dump. Often seen at wallmart. Loud and annoying. Also chain smokes cigarettes and will steal from you to support their drug addiction.

Pointing out dirtbabys as you see them on the street is common. Its also a insult towards friends.
