2. Used (sometimes sarcastically) as an expression of boredom or disinterest (like whoop-dee do in some instances, but less sarcastic, more bored) - i.e. something is not going to be slightly crazy or interesting.

2. "I have planned this weekend to visit the freeway and take pictures of the curbside pylons.", "Floopy doo. What a wild and interesting life you have."
