Swag tagging is an elite pass time similar to spy training. You must be silent, swift, and know your surroundings have a 'crew' of at least 2+ people. You need chalk or other washable writing utensils a neighborhood you won't be caught in. The goal is to write swag on driveways, sidewalks and on very special occasions side walls.
