Bradly Moment is referring to when someone does something incredibly stupid/dumb. Equivalent to someone having a massive bozone layer and or having brain worms.
Term originates from Paul Bradly a American school student who was incredibly dumb and had a stutter, leading him to being hated and bullied.

An Owen Moment is a term that can be used to describe minor inconveniences, or any unpleasant situation. Did you lose your wallet? Owen Moment. Did a family member pass away? Owen Moment.
Example 1:
"Shit, I just stubbed my toe. Owen Moment."
Example 2:
Friend 1: "Man, I failed my math exam!"
Friend 2: "Oof, that's an Owen Moment."
