Ste. Genevieve

A small town in Missouri, south of St.Louis that is also considered a National Park and a Historical village. The town is full of rooted generations of family’s that have mixed bloodline so much that the town is full of mentally and intellectually challenged people, more then most towns. If you’re not from there you will never belong!

Not all intellectually challenged individuals are from Ste. Genevieve just the majority is.

(2) Having to commit suicide beyond your consciousness caused by a shift in personality. Common among totally crazed, mentally-disabled schzinopher-whatever-ic -> sickness regarding split personality.
