Basic bitch face is a spin off of resting bitch face. Basic bitches are always so wrapped up in their expensive coffees, Uggs, and Instagram filters, that they cannot focus completely on what another person is saying.

I was trying to tell her something important and she was looking at me with a blank stare as if her mind was somewhere else. She had total basic bitch face.
