Lil n is a cut version of saying "little n****", in which I can't say since I am white skin colored.

Its used by people that want to refer to the n word without repercusions, and also wants to call some guy "little".

Person: lil n, why don't you go to hell?
Person 2: what's a lil n?

"Parlay" is Chivalric for "Discourse Amoungst War Enemies". It's when you try to talk to someone whose been trying to kill you. Etc.
