He goes to his psychiatrist every day for his "medicine" which he doesn't actually know is a war drug called Chronos which is what give Zero the ability to slow down time and reverse time on death which was given to him without him knowing the effects or his permission. He also is given a dossier with a target to assassinate. You go through different places such as a hotel or a mansion in which you must kill goons to get to the target and kill them. The game has many similarities to Hotline Miami such as the story and aesthetics but is also very different in terms of gameplay.
