A nipple that is very fat and inflated, almost as if a pimple was growing on it. Oftentimes, it is infected and spews pus.

When excessive pimples form on the face of adolescents. The condition is known as Pimpleistis. It is commonly found on the cheeks and neck of its victims. On males, some may refer to it as a pimple-beard. It is also a synonym for Cystic Acne.

Girl 1: Omg did you see that guy Aaron?
Girl 2: You mean the one with the Pimpleitis?
