A person who is very nice and sweet, but can be feisty. They defend their family and always has something planned. A Shackley can be a girl or a boy. They have tons of friends, and are either beautiful or handsome, and they are very energetic. They play many sports and they always are involved with things. They don't acknowledge themselves, only others. They play instruments like the drums, guitar, and band instruments. Some of them sing. They are usually very likable. They're also smart.

Describing a vehicle that has become immobile due to heavy ice and compacted snow, typically as a result of repeated snowplowing and sidewalk snow removal that encases it in dense, frozen buildup.
