It, as a boss, has 110 health. As an enemy (which can be in the cyber grind OR the sandbox), it has 75 health. The insurrectionist takes 150% more damage from all weaponry that the main character(s), V1 in this case, has. It makes grunting noises, and can be instakilled by luring it into a pit of spinning blades of DEATH. There are three variants of it, the first one is its' standard appearance, and the other two are Insurrectionists "Angry" and "Rude".
