Getting "Lined by a bitch" is a NY term
usually used in NYC. Being "Lined by a bitch"
is when a girl sets up a dude saying
something like "come over" and when that
individual comes over there will be people waiting to attack them normally beating
them up or possibly killing them ~Lined by a bitch.

This is short hand, and past tense, for "kill line". A kill line is a function on Internet Relay Chat (IRC) where and administrator 'kills', or disconnects, a user. The "line" is a temporary ban of the user logged in the IRC server deamon.
