Layout jail happens on Twitter when someone tags you in a post and if you don’t respond in the desired time you have to change your layout. The layouts are usually cursed images and things you would never want your layout to be

P1 - “ god dammit I was put in layout jail for a day!!”
P2 - “oh no I feel so bad for you”

when you hold people accountable in social situations where there are no legal ramifications. you can do this by uninviting them to events, unfollowing them, talking about their bad behaviour etc

A place that doesn't like incorrect behavior.

Dewey Cox wanted to write authentic sounding songs about jail, but didn't want to be there with the guys in jail, especially not over cutting his brother in half. He might be inspired by someone or something he never thought he would get inspired by, and yet he wanted to cheat himself out of an oppurtunity like that.
