2: A person who 'chides' - and a quarrelsome person (i.e. all yopu lot that are arguing about whether its the skin between your anus and balls or whether its a cock thats wider than it is long)

Aside from being used to describe the area between the balls and the ass, another popular thing to do is to call someone a "chode" in a derogatory manner. A chode would describe someonw who is, overall, inept, unintelligent, and annoying.
