To move a concept, discussion or item from a nuclear position to one that is Peripheral. To depart from the central focus of a discussion to side issues.

When in a debate, he tends to peripherate, and not stick to the central question.

Perma-kick is an alternative way of saying permaban. It is used strictly on teamspeak and the phrase can be heard when a player is about to be banned from the server.

David: Alright that's enough I've had it with your bullshit Andy, I'm going to perma-kick you.
Andy: Oh shit dude please don't!
Ryan: Guys look Andy is about to get perma-kicked!
