Slang word used for person or thing that is widley mocked for the unusual tone of the voice and apperance of the face/surface of the object in question.

If describing a person the features observed should be large and uncontorlable side-burns and a rediculusly funny and mockable voice where "a" is replaced by "i" and various other inncorectly pronounced letters/words

pooh-pay 

The most amazingly lovable female dog ever, yo! Masters name is probably robbie or daniel and usually refers to him as daddy. Is usually well behaved but make mistakes sometime, but who does'nt? Has blackish/dark brownish hair and is of the lap/shepard mix variety! But this dog is no mutt, just unique. Pooh-pay's never like to sleep alone and like to run around in grave yards. And sometimes push their masters wife off the bed, but she still loves the dog because no one could not love a pooh-pay.

to do things right/correctly/the way they are supposed to be done/ when they they are supposed to be done the first time around, so as to avoid either having to redo the same job twice or suffering other unpleasant consequences (such as literally not paying your actual bills on time and having to pay late fees).
