Can also refer to the act of grabbing another man's dick and/or balls during a basketball game.

Evans, Georgia

Located right next to Disgusta (Augusta), Georgia.
It's the absolute LAMEST city in Georgia. Everyone there thinks its cute to pair Polo or Uggs with those ridiculous camo hunting jackets.
