G Code

The G Code stands for Ghetto Code. It is generally used to describe the old gangsters, the street veterans, who are from the ghetto or the hood as some like to call it. To be born in the G Code is something to be proud of, it means you are a hard-ass gangster and no one can fuck with you.

We don't talk to police, we don't make a peace bond, we don't trust in the judicial system, we shoot guns. We rely on the streets, we do battle in the hood, I was born in the G Code, embedded in my blood.

The Bro Code

THE BRO CODE (aka Golden Rules Of Manlieness)
Is the Rules/Guidlines to being a good BRO. its also considered a living document. like the constitution or the bill of rights. each including its own amendments and articles. there are many articles lost in time. there are many we still have. none of whicth are specifcly numbered. but we have a good idea. theres also side guidlines whicth can clarify meaning of some rules, also exceptions to some rules.

Sample Articles from the BRO CODE:

Article 1: Regardless of veracity, a Bro never admits familiarity with a Broadway show or musical.

Article 53: A Bro will, whenever possible, provide his Bro with prophylactic protection.

Article 57: A Bro may not speculate on the expected Bro / chick ratio of a party or venue without first disclosing the present-time observed ratio.

Code Cancer

Computer code that starts out small, and through extensions gains a few "bad practice" changes. Over the years, extensions mirroring the bad practice start adding up, until physical symptoms begin to appear. The system may become slow and unresponsive but it still work, for example, so it continues to grow uncontrollably.

Once this happens, there are no good options. You are forced to choose between the software development equivalents of chemotherapy or radical surgery.

Like other forms of cancer, early detection and treatment is the best option.

16000 lines of code full of elseif statements that takes far too long to load and display a single invoice is a fine example of Code Cancer.

Similar to the Textagram but is manly used with numbers not Noobish or 1337 Speak. Can be used for passing along info during School. The code is based on the cell phone key pad.
