Smacking your palms

The act of using one closed fist to pound or smack the other palm. The smacking occurs in a fast, frequent, and hard motion, in such a way that a redness forms on the receiving palm. When the smacking is finish a painful but fulfilling feeling should occur throughout the body.

Subject 1: "What are you smacking your palms?"
Subject 2: "So they get red"
Subject 1: "Why would you want them to get red?"
Subject 2: "Cause it hurts!"
