Chiappy

When someone is very chipper and happy, both at the same time.

You can see how chiappy Lana is, now that she is getting her life moving in the right direction and she is out of the state of choas.

Look at how chiappy Denice, Chris and Lana are down at that end of the table. They alway's get like this when they are together.

It doesn't take much to be chiappy, just get youself in a chipper mood and usually happiness will follow...
