Racial Rat - Any douchebag who thinks they're funny by constantly says boring, predictable racial jokes because of them being their only nationality in a class. Size of the rat varies from midget to fat fuck, depending on the type.

Here's Italian-Mexican "Racial Rat"

Them: "Hahahha, I'm Italian with a Mexican mix, so no one can make fun of Italians, but Black people can be made fun of using anything, like if one of them wears a Black shirt with a graphic on it, just say "Nice tattoo!"

Only problem with that is, he has Italian tendency to inherit morbid obesity in his fatass bloodline, and if you slice him open, you'll think you're at Cardenas Mexican Market.
