Someone who consistently oversteps their bounds in an offensive manner. Such as taking the last beer when they didn't even buy it, using your car without asking, borrowing things without leaving any form of notification, pursuing ulterior motives with your significant other, secretly stealing your cigarettes or dip while you sleep or blatantly to your face, and similar actions.

Hop-Fence

The game that involves hoping a fence as fast as you can.

It was created in response to all of the conflict regarding PLANKING.
This game does NOT have any correlation to minorities hopping over fences to avoid being caught by the police and is not at all racist... O_o

Department of The-fence

The seemingly only government department that matters now. Plus the soldiers being forced to leave their incredibly important work to be twisted into situations where our best leaders are leaving over a fence with no meaning.

After the last general and then secretaries in the cabinet have been literally forced out of doing their jobs to focus upon a border fence. The only meaningful job must be at the Department of The-fence!!!
