A medical device used by women to lubricate their vagina.

Also it is someone who embodies this device. It is a man (usually) that for some reason gets attention from females despite the fact that he is a jerk to everyone, including the females he gets attention from. Sometimes he may not even know that he is doing it, but most of the time he does and his indifference or assumed indifference is the cause of a level of distaste from his peers, especially other males. He needs not be moronic, attention seeking, or with a self inflated sense of self worth, but most of the time is some combination. He may actually have a good amount of friends, but most of these are women and men who want to be near women. He probably is the subject of mockery behind his back or the subject to bitching about between other males and females in private.

That guy, mike, is such a douche. Why do people even like him?

Douche-Nard

A terrific example of a human being that can be cool yet also a complete douche. Basically, a best friend type person that happens to make choices in his/her life that make you wish you could hit them with a frying pan. A tremendous combination of awesome factors and qualities of the douchiest. Most likely in his/her 30's or 40's, and having lived an eventful life. Also, most likely to be a manager of a Cracker Barrel or some other embarrassing position.

Look at that guy, he is so funny and awesome, but he makes horrible choices and blows off his best friend to go to bed at 8 at night.

A human being who commits an atrocity such as stealing someone's life work and calling it their own. These douche bags tend to laugh at others misfortunes, or even worse, create the others misfortunes. It is often that douche bags steal from others that are not well known, but brilliant minds, who end up dying alone and talking to a laser beam pigeon in the mean time.

Edison: Hey, ah, Tesla, you're pretty smart, right?

Tesla: Yeah, I guess.
