Douchebags who obstruct the view of a hockey game by moving around and getting out of their seats without waiting for the whistle. Most hoc-blocks include first time hockey spectators, drunk assholes, and families with small children (which are the only acceptable hoc-blocks).

These are also the ones that label people as "toxic" for no reason - loves high horses even when proven wrong
