"Niggericity" is an expression of one's level of niggerness, quantified by a numeric scale of 0-10.

Wow, my neighbor My'Queshia has 5 kids by 5 men, and sure spends a lot of her welfare checks on malt liquor. We're dealing with a niggericity factor 10.

My cousin Bjorn just moved here from Sweden. He's a Java developer with a Ph.D., drives a Volvo, and has a niggericity factor of 0.

Originally to discourage black people from watching the children show, "Winnie the Pooh". Portraying Tigger, the lovable bouncy character, as a Hispanic Black Tiger who enjoys fried chicken on Sundays. Derived from the Hispanic word, "Negro = Black, Tigger = Tigger", thus, the word Nigger.
