For the Indian subcontinent: It refers to an exam where Physics , Chemistry and Biology is tested, NEET is held for admission to MBBS and BDS courses in India. So basically its a mandatory test you have to take to get into any medical field in India

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is an all India pre-medical entrance test for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS) and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.) courses in government and private institutions in India and also, for those intending to pursue primary medical qualification abroad.

~NEET UG is one of the largest exam in India in terms of registered applicant (approx. 2,000,000).
~AIIMS is the superior medical college in India.

~If you get into an AIIMS-
¬Your parents brag about you day and night, you are now a priced possession to them
¬Your relatives think so highly of you and give your examples to their children, i.e. you cousins are jealous of you
¬The moment somebody gets to know about the fact that you are an AIIMSONIAN, they get IMMEDIATE INFERIORITY COMPLEXX
