Moral inadequacy

It's in the fact that how the EMPLOYEES are treated and/or compensated WASN'T EVEN A CONSIDERATION IN YOUR MONOLOGUE.

Hym "Some business owners take great pride in how their employees are treated and compensated and some do not. At the same time, the inability to appease the latter is treated as some profound moral inadequacy. Especially by conservatives.
