An emo band. They aren't really that good. I've heared a few of their songs; and most of them suck. "Helena" is the only song of theirs I like. And how can you people compare them to Good Charlotte?! GC sounds nothing like MCR. The two bands are very differant.

Chem kids are named as a result of all the chemicals they put into their bodies, because they are constantly smoking anything they can get their hands on, drinking, and getting as high as posible. (although this is the general attitude and not an actual creedo.)
Chem kids have nothing to do with MCR
the chem kid look can vary from scene/emo to skater to clasic 80's punk. they love music but their taste varies form person to person like everyones.
they tend to get in fights constantly and make it apoint to give the finger to any cop they see. more or less they are an athiest/agnostic group of anarchists. in a good way. with street names (and/or myspace names) having to do with drugs, anarchy, death, or a general philosophy of life. like Meth-ane, Aesthetic, Nepenthe, Faust, Crayola, Zombie, or Feral

The lead singer (Gerard) looks like a dug up corpse, And his brother Mikey looks suspiciously nothing like him. In My Opinion, they are the worst band since Starship.
