When a video girl who acts as if she's the most important person in the world. Especially if she starts dating someone famous. They get extremely clingy and they usually are only dating the person because they're famous. They have rich parents who pay for everything and they don't have to work to be where they are. They can have everything and be spoiled to no end and they'd still whine about not having enough.

Famous guy: "Idk man. I thought she was different and wasn't using me for clout like the rest of them."
Famous guy's friend: " Seriously bro, you can't trust those girls with video girl syndrome. All they want is to get followers and be friends with famous people. That's what I told you from the start."
