Also used to describe the personality of a person. Someone being shady, ghetto, unrealistic, annoying, arrogant, poor, or untruthful about events that have occurred usually having a connection to breaking the law.
They're as sneaky as a spic and as shady as a nigga. What a Snigga.

Often a sniggle is referring to the close relative, co-worker, or passerby, who accidentally knocks over something that was so obviously easily tipped over and should have been easy to avoid. Sniggle is a derogatory term that is often associated with personal descriptions such as annoying, bland, and stinky.
