A mayo smile is a smile in which the person smiles without showing or barely showing their teeth. The way they jut out their bottom jaw looks like a underbite, thus giving the look of having a mouthful of mayonnaise.

A racist & derogatory ethnic slur used to describe & disparage a white female for having a light complexion, even though even the fairest Caucasians don't have skin as white as Mayo.
Often the term is used by self-hating overweight, & unattractive white women with colored hair, who ironically think they're not racist, bigoted, or prejudiced even though they are. However, it was originally coined by hateful, bitter black women.
The so-called anti-racist regressive side of the left doesn't understand that hating & attacking groups of people based on skin color that's beyond their control is a fundamental part of racism & that they're not progressive.

It's when you take roughly 100ml of mayo and a funnel, pour it in your bumhole through the funnel, and after ~10 minutes use the funnel in a reversed fashion, storing the "hot" mayo in a sock (for later use, if you plan to consume the hot mayo quick ofc, otherwise just hold it in your rectum for a much better experience).
