Exopatrophilia

A sexual fetish characterized by arousal or gratification derived from the act or fantasy of exerting extreme control over others through forced removal or exile, such as deportation.

In the pathology of exopatrophilia, normal sexual function becomes warped by obsession with domination and control, such that sexual appetite is satisfied by removal, exile or deportation of submissive or disadvantaged people or groups.

Exlatic (noun)

The twisted, electric feeling in your chest when you’re both hyped and terrified at the same time. Like when you’re about to get on a rollercoaster, walk into an interview, or text “hey” to someone you said you were done with.

Empathief

A blend of "empathy" and "thief," describing someone who hijacks others' emotions, particularly sadness, claiming them as their own and then demanding comfort from the original sufferer. This emotional greed manifests as an intrusive takeover of feelings, where the Empathief insists "all my feelings are mine, and all of your feelings are mine too," leaving the true victim drained and obligated to console them.

"When I told Lisa about my breakup, she turned Empathief, sobbing louder than me and expecting me to comfort her through my own pain."
