Later, this was used to describe the look of people who had black skin.

Then, people actually got to know black people, and the word got a new meaning.

Nigger is the new black.

Any imoral person despite of race, gender, color or any difference. They're not even human. They cause disgust, hatred, and loathing at any given contact. May vary in people but the end result is always negative and prolonged even after disappearance.
