Get the douche magoomug. A thing, idea, or whatever that is done/used only because other people do it. Douche fad is used as a negative term, because it implies that people that are part of a douche fad cannot think for themselves or be themselves.
If you see a lot of people doing one thing that really annoys you, and can see that if only one person did it it would make that person look like a total idiot, it is probably a douche fad.
Understand that not all fads are douche fads. "That's what she said" is not because if used properly, it is genuinely funny. Other fads are cool too.

Get the Douche fadmug. More commonly referred to as a smirk, a douche grin is a smile that expresses scorn, smugness, etc. Often performed by smiling on one side only. The douche grin was named so because douchebags are inclined to abuse smirking.

Get the douche nozzlemug. A Cam Douche is a type of 'Douche' that make and post pretencious videos of themselves on YouTube. They often have more than one video of their annoying face and voice, ranting about a topic to annoy people and or reply back to a 'hater'. They feel they are some sort of 'Internet Star', but in truth we laugh at them.
