Yankee Slipper

A derivative of a hot-dog. It's where you make a regular grilled cheese, and then use THAT as the bun for the hot-dog.

Presumably it's something that somebody from the northern United States would eat, as the name 'Yankee Slipper' came to a rather inebriated fellow one night.
