A play of words on "Creme de la creme" meaning "Cream of the cream", this quite literally means "Cream of the shit", for use in describing the worst of the worst of the worst, as invented by a bored French Student one day.

"I'm going to drop all hell on Marketing, I need you to find the "Creme de la merde" of your office to send over there, okay?"

The poor man's Farrari. Not as fast, over rated. Anything older than a 2000 Mercedes looks like an old people's car. Farrari will beat it in a race. Farrari is known as the fastest car that's why people know it. Mercedes is #2, get over it.
