Cartoon logic

Logic based on fallacies that cannot be backed up by actual evidence. Like building a fire underwater, their logic is flawed and childish

“Hey did you know that I’ve gotten straight A’s throughout high school, so know I’m definitely going to get a scholarship”

logical lozz

A logical lozz is a creature whose life is riddled with mistakes, but uses his logic to overcome these problems with amazingly logical ideas.

Things that work correctly are not allowed near this creature.

A logical lozz scenario:

"The first car was fine until I left the water cap off"

OR

"The second car was fine until I had to rebuild the engine"

OR

"The third car was fine until I crashed it"

When someone named noah creates his own logic that has no resemblance at any degree to actual logic and common sense.

Noah logic: I have a headache, I'm going to go play a comp.
Actual logic: I have a headache, I'm NOT going to go play a comp.

logic grenade

A statement of fact, usually in the form of an e-mail, that renders all hostile (emailers) silent

Employee #1: I had been getting calls and e-mails all morning about the Widget Project. Managers want status, test group wants results.
Employee #2: What changed? Why did they stop?
Employee #1: I silenced them all when I explained to them the Widget Project was, in fact, not my project (according to my manager) and they need to direct their efforts towards <Employee X>

1. Taking conclusions without enough supporting premises (or even no supporting premises at all)
2. Forcing two irrelevant shits to be related

1. Cocoklogi (non causa pro causa/questionable cause fallacy)
2. Black and white/either-or/false dilemma
3. Being overdramatic (a.k.a. Slippery Slope and Strawman)
4. Argument from ignorance (we don't know X, therefore X is wrong)
5. Hasty generalization
