Noun - A chintuplet is a person who pocesses subcutaneous fat around the neck that sags and creates wrinkles, making the owner appear to have multiple chins. It is most common on people who are morbedly obese. It is more visible when the bottom jaw is lowered or the head is tilted down.

Damn, your girl really let go of herself after you got married. Shes a chintuplet now!

Decent sized town where everyone thinks their shit don't stink, but in reality they're all disgusting loser pigs. A lot of girls from that town think they're hot but most either look like hippos or stick figures with a beaver's face. All of the guys are addicted to drugs and think they're tough. Basically the ugliest people on earth.

A talented individual. Probably gifted at one of the arts. Has a bad mouth but cares about you on the inside. Clinton's just aren't great at being transparent with how they feel. If you know a Clinton give them a hug (or a drink) because they most likely need it.
