A person who acts aggressively towards others, in stark contrast to how they would normally act, solely due to the fact that their face is covered with a mask.

I can't belive the MASK BALLS on that old lady in Wal-Mart. She said, "Out of my way you ignorant non mask wearer! You are going down the isle the wrong way and I need to stock up on toilet paper and cat food post haste!" before she ran me over with her cart.

Matt definitely wears that creepy beard-mask to cover his toxic self-esteem, not to mention, those giant welts from acne and poor hygiene.
