He is a kai from dragon ball super , Zamasu from a different timeline wished with the super dragon balls to be in Son goku's body then destroid the human race and saiyan's beside trunk's then Zamsu went to the future because he thought humans were bad then they used fused because Son gokuand Vegeta were to strong then they used the power of so called justice to defeat them so he did but he did not kill goku or vegeta then trunks got mad and transformed into super saiyan rage and killed Zamasu.
