(noun) A spouse or significant other whose only role is that of financial support. Generally, said walking wallet often remains in the relationship for want of sex. The walking wallet is normally the antithesis of the golddigger or its male equivalent.

After he became married to Susan and fathered kids, she cut off the sex and closeness, and John became the walking wallet.

The Walking Dead

A popular series by AMC about a group of survivors in a zombie apocalypse.

Contrary to popular belief, the title of the series does not (only) refer to the actual zombies. The title mostly refers to the group of survivors, as they are walking around but are as good as dead.
