An event where a normally non-aggressive person curses and yells for no apparent reason when playing a video game.

IE. Playing COD
"Mother F&#*( I shot him!!!" - M. Mauter
"Where the F&^* did he come from" - M. Mauter

"Why is he yelling at the game like that?"
"Ooh he just has a bad case of Gamers Tourettes"

gastric tourette

The disorder with an onset in adulthood, characterized by multiple loud anal explosions and at least one with the lifting of the butt cheek. Gastric Tourette is defined as part of a spectrum of butt disorder, which includes provisional, transient and persistent (chronic) farts, stinkers, and toots.
Gastric Tourette's was once considered a rare and bizarre syndrome, most often associated with coworkers in socially inappropriate areas, but this is no longer considered a rare condition and is present in 42 percent of males in the computer industry (10% in females). Note that this condition can result in turd babies if not controlled and a similar condition is found in females called Queef tourettes but this is not the same.

Matt and Don are really stinking today; I think they are suffering from Gastric Tourettes.

Blackberry Tourettes

Medical disorder resulting in ill-conceived, random, rant-like messages being sent on blackberry or similar pda's. Normal delays caused by lack of proximity to Internet access that hinder senders impulsive natures have been removed with the advent of immediate access to the Internet via Blackberry. Hence, suffers of blackberry tourettes do not think of the consequences of messages before pushing SEND.

"WTF - I just got this message from Fred that makes no fucking sense. He is going to piss off a boat load of people with this. WHAT was he thinking??"

musical tourette's

An artificial form of tourette syndrome in which the singing or speaking of a line from a song by one individual produces the spontaneous and not entirely voluntary singing or speaking of further lines of said song by another individual. This phenomenon is most often seen among people in good moods.

When you or your friends have musical tourette's, life is like a Broadway musical.

Nazi Tourettes

A condition in which one makes compulsive and often illegitimate comparisons between political figures or practices of Nazi Germany and current politics.

Coined by Lewis Black on his segment, "Back in Black" in reference to Glenn Beck who frequently compares Obama Administration policies and democratic politicians to policies and figures in Nazi Germany.
