A tipple is the very top part of a nipple. For more information, take off your shirt, look in the mirror, and you make just see, 𝘩𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘭𝘺, two intact tipples. Not to be mistaken with the full nipple.
